Shilpax (“Shilpax”, “we”, “us”) operates the learning platform at shilpax.com, which helps candidates prepare for Government Competitive Exams. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Shilpax you agree to this policy.

- Account details — your name and email address when you sign up.
- Profile & learning data — your role (student/teacher), lesson progress, XP, streaks, the answers you submit, mistakes saved for revision, and competition results.
- Payment information — subscription payments are processed by PayHere. We receive confirmation of payment but do not collect or store your card or bank details.
- Technical data — device, browser, approximate location and usage events collected for analytics and error monitoring.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and personalise the service, including adaptive practice tuned to your skill level.
- To process subscriptions and manage your account.
- To run live classes you register for and send service-related communications.
- To monitor, secure, and improve the platform.
3. Service providers we share data with
We use trusted third parties that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- PayHere — payment processing.
- Zoom — live online classes.
- Sentry — error monitoring.
- Vercel — hosting and performance analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Children and students under 18
Some of our users may be under 18. We collect only the information needed to provide the educational service. If you are under 18, you should use Shilpax with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete a minor’s data.
